KT OOSH Services will become a cash free service as of January 2014. This will not only simplify our Account Payment Process but will take the time consuming process away for families in regards to paying accounts each month. All accounts will be payable by Direct Debit from Credit Card or Banks Accounts effective from 1st January 2014 and will now be on a fortnightly cycle instead of monthly for easier budgeting purposes.
An information night will be held by the Ezidebit NSW Business Development Manager and will provide additional information about how Ezidebit works, as well as allow you to ask any questions and return your completed form. Information nights are being held as follows commencing from 5:00pm:
– Tuesday 19th November 2013 at Ironbark Ridge Public School (Hall)
– Wednesday 20th November 2013 at Rouse Hill Anglican College (A Block)
– Thursday 21st November 2013 at Our Lady of Angels (OOSH Room)
If you are unable to make the information session held at your regular service please feel free to attend any other session.
In order for this to happen you will be required to complete a Direct Debit Request – New Customer Form and return it to the service by no later than Monday 1st December 2013. An Information Letter, Frequently Asked Questions page and Direct Debit Request Form can be found at www.ktoosh.com.au under the forms tab. We must receive a signature
on the forms therefore they can be returned in person to your centre supervisor or scanned and emailed to rhac@ktoosh.com.au

NOTE:
When downloading the Ezidebit Form please ensure you have chosen the form for your school as they are coded school specific. The school/service will be written in the centre at the top of the page.
**OLA PARENTS: If your child attends a different KT OOSH Service for Vacation Care then you will be required to complete two Ezidebit Forms (For example, one for OLA (regular care) and one for IRPS or RHAC (vacation care). They can both be handed in at OLA however.
