KT OOSH Services offer Vacation Care at two locations being Rouse Hill Anglican College and Ironbark Ridge Primary School during each school holidays. Vacation Care operates on site from 7am – 6pm during the school holidays. A variety of activities are offered plus excursions and workshops. We are always looking for new ideas for activities and excursions during the holidays so if you have been anywhere that you think our KT OOSH Children would love to visit then please email us!

How to book in for Vacation Care (Existing Families):
Don’t forget to use the BOOKING PROCESS via the current centre APP which can be accessed on your smartphone. No more emails and no waiting confirmations. It will be instant if there is availability, simple and easy
How to Enrol for Vacation Care (New Families):
If you are not a currently enrolled family with our service then simply follow the How to Enrol Guide New Families, under the How to Enrol tab above. Please follow up with an email to your service requesting your vacation care days.

Vacation Care Hours: Strictly 7:00am – 6:00pm with late fees accruing after 6:00pm. If you are running late then please have the courtesy to contact the centre directly to ensure a staff member is able to stay after 6:00pm as this is not always possible. Late fees apply and are calculated per five minute increments/child + a non notification fee if the centre is not advised if your child/ren are absent for a confirmed/booked day by 9am on the day they were due to attend, excursion days notification is required by 8.30am. Electronic Devices: Due to responses from our recent survey, privacy concerns and the concerns of children’s channels being hacked, all electronic devices including DS, smart phones, iPads etc will not be allowed at the centre for Vacation Care.
Bookings: There is no changing, swapping or cancelling of days once booked so please make sure you check your dates. In addition a lot of time and planning goes into Vacation Care and therefore last minute requests cannot always be accommodated due to mandatory staffing ratios, logistics or supply issues.
Breakfast: During Staff Development/Vacation Care Periods Breakfast is from 7:00am – 8:00am with morning tea at approximately 9:30am.
Children’s Daily Requirements: Please ensure you apply sunscreen to your child prior or upon arrive at KT OOSH. We suggest also a BACK PACK/BAG, a JACKET/JUMPER, HAT, CLOSED in SHOES & Socks and DRINK BOTTLE.
