Re-Enrolments for care in 2017 ~ NOW OPEN!
Attention Guardians ~ Within the next 10 days we ask you to complete, scan and email return the attached 2017 Re-Enrolment form to secure care for 2017. We need one form per child.
NOTE:
- Re-Enrolment forms are only accepted via email. If you are unable to email completed forms, please contact the service to discuss alternative options.
- If your account does not currently hold the required $300.00 Family Bond as required under the current Fee Schedule then the difference will be deducted from your nominated account prior upon the acceptance of your 2017 re-enrolment form.
Please be aware that if KT OOSH do not receive a Re-Enrolment form for your child by Friday 2nd Sept we will assume you do not require care in 2017 and begin the process to close you account effective from the end of 2016 schooling year.
