All bookings to attend the June/July 2021 Vacation Care are selected through the “My Family Lounge” app on a smart phone.  No more emails or waiting confirmations.  Bookings via the app are instant and based on availability, simple and easy.  Please be aware that once booked they are confirmed.

A lot of time and planning goes into Vacation Care and therefore last minute requests cannot always be accommodated due to mandatory staffing ratios, logistics or supply issues so book in early prior to the Early Bird close off. Refer to each individual program for these.

If you are not a currently enrolled family with our service then simply register via the  “My Family Lounge” on our website homepage www.ktoosh.com.au. Once registered, complete the enrolment process and contact Head Office to ensure it has come through and explain you would like to book for the upcoming Vacation Care.  The respective emails are:

If you are a currently enrolled family and you do not remember your username then please contact head office via the respective email and they will re-issue you with your user name.  DO NOT create a new account as this will effect your CCS entitlements.

If you do not remember your password simply enter your username and then click forgot password to generate a new one.

Vacation Care Hours: Strictly 7:00am – 6:00pm with late fees accruing after 6:00pm.  If you are running late then please contact the centre directly to ensure a staff member is able to stay after 6:00pm – as this is not always possible.  Late fees apply at a rate of $15.00/five minute increments/child.

Absences: Need to be marked accordingly via the “My Family Lounge” app on your smart phone to avoid additional non notification fees.  All absences must be advised via the app if your child/ren are absent for a confirmed session by 10.00am on the day they were due to attend, excursion days notification is required by 8.30am.

Electronic Devices: Due to responses from our recent survey all electronic devices including DS, smart phones, iPads etc will not be allowed at the centre for Vacation Care unless it is a designated device day and this is stated on the program.  Device days have additional measures in place to control any privacy or extended time usage concerns.

Breakfast: During Vacation Care Periods Breakfast is from 7:00am – 8:00am with morning tea at approximately 9:30am.

Children’s Daily Requirements: Please ensure you apply sunscreen to your child prior or upon arrival at KT OOSH. We suggest also a BACK PACK/BAG, a JACKET/JUMPER, HAT, CLOSED in SHOES & Socks and DRINK BOTTLE.

If you require care for your child starting Kindergarten in 2017, Guardians are asked to print, complete and return (via email) the attached 2017 Enrolment form . * Please remember to include Immunisation History Statements + any applicable medical action plans. We try to accomodate all kindy siblings first (before new students to the school), however commencing from Term 4, 2016 we begin to process all new enrolments to the school. So if we haven’t received forms prior to this date, it will decrease the chances of securing care required.

Please note; It may take several weeks until you receive a confirmation email from us & if forms are missing information your enrolment will be delayed.

Re-Enrolments for care in 2017 ~ NOW OPEN!

Attention Guardians ~ Within the next 10 days we ask you to complete, scan and email return the attached 2017 Re-Enrolment form to secure care for 2017. We need one form per child.

NOTE:

• Re-Enrolment forms are only accepted via email. If you are unable to email completed forms, please contact the service to discuss alternative options.
• If your account does not currently hold the required $300.00 Family Bond as required under the current Fee Schedule then the difference will be deducted from your nominated account prior upon the acceptance of your 2017 re-enrolment form.

Please be aware that if KT OOSH do not receive a Re-Enrolment form for your child by Friday 2nd Sept we will assume you do not require care in 2017 and begin the process to close you account effective from the end of 2016 schooling year.

Just a friendly reminder that all parents are asked to park out the front of the school (obeying all road signs) and enter / exit the school via the front school gate. In accordance with WH&S policies parents are not permitted to park in the tradesman’s entrance and are not to walk children through this area either.

Just a reminder for parents to please send a text message to the OOSH Phone when your child is going to be absent from a confirmed session at KT OOSH. This includes if your child is absent from morning care too.

Non notification fees will apply if we are not notified of absences.
