Administration Enrolment Fees:
Enrolment Fee: One Off Charge $25.00/child
Re-Enrolment Fee: One Off Charge $5.00/child
Family Bond: Per Family – $300.00 (For all casual enrolments where no permanent booking is current for BSC, ASC or VC)
Please note: All Permanent care fees are charged 2 weeks in advance on a fortnightly basis therefore no Family Bond is required to be held for families with a permanent booking for all children on their account.
AM Sessions:
Permanent – $24.50/child
Casual – $31.00/child
Last Minute Care – $33.00/child (Care required within 24 hours of session commencement and request must be emailed to centre email)
PM Sessions:
Permanent – $27.50
Casual – $31.00/child
Last Minute Care – $33.00/child (Care required within 24 hours of session commencement and request must be emailed to centre email)
Additional Charges where applicable:
Issuing of Hat/session – $2.50 (BSC, ASC or VC)
Medical/Allergy/Dietary Wristband replacement – $2.50 (BSC, ASC or VC)
Late Payment/Dishonor Fee – $10.00 per week (Charged in addition to fees charged by Banks)
Not signing children in/out of Centre Kiosk system – $10.00
Kiosk Pin being used by 3rd Party/Fraudulent Usage – $10.00
Non Notification Fee BSC, ASC or VC – $12.50/child (in each instance)
Late Collection Fee – $15.00/child/5 minute increments
Reprinting or Reconciling Statement of Entitlements – $15.00/occasion
