EziDebit Commencing 2014 – RHAC

KT OOSH Services will become a cash free service as of January 2014.  This will not only simplify our Account Payment Process but will take the time consuming process away for families in regards to paying accounts each month.  All accounts will be payable by Direct Debit from Credit Card or Banks Accounts effective from 1st January 2014 and will now be on a fortnightly cycle instead of monthly for easier budgeting purposes.

An information night will be held by the Ezidebit NSW Business Development Manager and will provide additional information about how Ezidebit works, as well as allow you to ask any questions and return your completed form. Information nights are being held as follows commencing from 5:00pm:
– Tuesday 19th November 2013 at Ironbark Ridge Public School (Hall)
– Wednesday 20th November 2013 at Rouse Hill Anglican College (A Block)
– Thursday 21st November 2013 at Our Lady of Angels (OOSH Room)
If you are unable to make the information session held at your regular service please feel free to attend any other session.
In order for this to happen you will be required to complete a Direct Debit Request – New Customer Form and return it to the service by no later than Monday 1st December 2013.  An Information Letter, Frequently Asked Questions page and Direct Debit Request Form can be found at www.ktoosh.com.au under the forms tab.  We must receive a signature on the forms therefore they can be returned in person to your centre supervisor or scanned and emailed to rhac@ktoosh.com.au

Should you have any questions or concerns regarding Ezidebit, please contact us as soon as possible via email or 02 8814 7610. 

NOTE: 

When downloading the Ezidebit Form please ensure you have chosen the form for your school as they are coded school specific. The school/service will be written in the centre at the top of the page. 

**OLA PARENTS: If your child attends a different KT OOSH Service for Vacation Care then you will be required to complete two Ezidebit Forms (For example, one for OLA (regular care) and one for IRPS or RHAC (vacation care).  They can both be handed in at OLA however.

Children’s Choice Menu – RHAC

Effective this term KT OOSH – RHAC have introduced our Children’s Choice Menu.  The children have made input into the afternoon tea and it is proving to be very favourable.  The menu items for this term are as follows:

Breakfast: Cereal/Toast & Juice

Afternoon Tea: Sandwiches, Wraps, Milo & Cookies, Noodles, Hot Dogs, Dip & Vegies, Ice Cream & Jelly/Fruit Salad

If your child has any allergies or dietary requirements then we suggest you advise a staff member ASAP and where possible an alternative will be provided.  If an alternative can not be agreed upon then you may bring some items to leave at the centre for your child.

Menus are located in the sign in/out area for you to view.  Nutritional coding is noted on the menus so you can ensure your child meets the daily nutritional guidelines.

New email address for KT OOSH – RHAC

Effective Immediately KT OOSH have set up one email address for each KT OOSH Service. This one email address corresponds with the school your child attends.

This means that all bookings, account enquiries and vacation care bookings must all go to the specific school email address that the query relates too.

NOTE: If you attend OLA and are wanting to attend Vacation Care at Rouse Hill Anglican College then your Vacation Care requests must be sent to the RHAC email address.

If your child attends KT OOSH @ Rouse Hill Anglican College your email contact will be rhac@ktoosh.com.au

If your child attends KT OOSH @ Our Lady of the Angels Catholic School your email contact is ola@ktoosh.com.au (This is for Before and After Enquiries only)

 

 

Emergency Sessions & Absences – RHAC

KT OOSH RHAC now have a centre specific mobile 0434 584 881 that we would like all parents to utilise to ensure all messages are being received to the centre prior to sessions commencing.  This mobile number is to be used for notification of a child’s absences PLUS any emergency sessions required which is defined by within a 24 hour time period.

NOTE: This mobile is for texting purposes only.  If you are supplying more than 24 hours notice for either of the above or requesting a casual session then you need to email your request/advise through to rhac@ktoosh.com.au 

A staff member will always reply to confirm the message was received taking into account that this number is not monitored outside of OOSH Hours and a response from staff will only be sent between 6:45am – 8:45am or 3:00pm – 6:00pm.

Digi Ed Day in the December Program has limited places so if you would like your child to take part in the Digi Ed full day workshop then you will need to note this on your booking ASAP.

*Please note KT OOSH-RHAC is closed on Monday 27th January 2104 (Australia Day Public Holiday) & Tuesday 28th January 2014.  Before and After School Care will resume as normal on Wednesday 29th January 2014.

 

 

Dec 2013 / Jan 2014 Holiday Care @ Ironbark Ridge PS

Holiday care at Ironbark Ridge will be operating on:

Thursday 19th Dec 2013 and Friday 20th December 2013.

From Monday 6th January up to and including Tuesday 28th January 2014

*Please note KT OOSH is closed on Monday 27th January (Australia Day Public Holiday)

Bookings are open now! Please note spaces on Digi Ed Day are limited so if you would like your child to take part in the Digi Ed activity you will need to book in asap. * Your child can still attend on this day and does not have to take part in the Digi Ed component of the day.

 

Re-Enrol with KT OOSH @ OLA in 2014

A reminder that THIS FRIDAY & NEXT FRIDAY is your only chance to Re-Enrol your child for care with KT OOSH @ OLA in 2014!! 

Your child’s position with KT OOSH @ OLA in 2014 is not secured until the process listed below is fully completed.

From next term KT OOSH Services begin enrolling new families to the service for 2014. If current families have not submitted all paperwork required to re-enrol for care next year we will assume you do not require care and your child’s position with the service will be cancelled from January 1st 2014.

If you DO require care for your child in 2014 you MUST –

1. Print and complete a 2014 Re-Enrolment form. We require one form per child and forms can be downloaded from our website

2. Photocopy your child’s immunisation history record OR complete an exemption form. Exemption forms can be downloaded from our website AND must be signed by a Doctor.

3. If your child has asthma or allergies (including anaphylaxis) we require an updated management plan with an updated photo.

4. Bring forms and paperwork into KT OOSH @ OLA This Week – Friday 13th Sept OR Next Week – Fri 20th Sept from 3-6pm

When you submit your forms (we have arranged additional staff on site to accept these forms) you will be asked to –

  • Read a policy card &
  • Check over your other enrolment information that we have on file to make sure it is correct.

Please note if you have another child starting Kindergarten in 2014 you can bring their fully completed 2014 Enrolment form in and submit at the same time.

From next term KT OOSH Services begin enrolling new families to the service for 2014. If current families have not submitted all paperwork required to re-enrol for care next year we will assume you do not require care and your child’s position with the service will be cancelled from January 1st 2014.

Fee Changes – IBRPS

Due to increased operating costs there will be a fee increase as per below.

Effective from Monday 23rd September 2013 KT OOSH fees will be:

Morning care (6:45am- 8:45am) will be $16.00 per child.

Afternoon care (3:00pm-6:00pm) will be $18.00 per child.

Casual care (Morning or Afternoon) will be $21.00 per child.

Vacation care (7:00am-6:00pm) will be $48.00 per child.
