To book Casual Care please see the procedures below:

1. If you are requesting a casual session within the current week you can send a text message of your request to the KT OOSH @ RHAC or BNPS phone. Staff will respond to you as soon as they commence their shift. IE at 6:45am or 2:45pm. This phone is only monitored during OOSH hours.

2. If you require casual care and have advance notice – IE anything outside of the current week is considered advance notice. You should send your request via email to rhac@ktoosh.com.au or bnps@ktoosh.com.au

3. If you have an emergency. IE You find out during the day that you need afternoon care on that day OR you find out late at night you require morning care for the next day. Then your best option is to text message Tracey directly on 0412 878 145

Enrolling New Siblings for 2015

KT OOSH Services offers positions to the siblings of currently enrolled children prior to offering positions to new families. In order to enrol a new sibling with KT OOSH for 2015 you need to follow the steps below;

1. Complete the attached 2015 enrolment form. * This form is ONLY attached below and not available on our website yet. You need to save a copy to your desktop and then you will be able to fill out this form directly on your computer.

2. You must include a copy of your child’s Immunisation History Statement, a completed AASC permission note (If attending IRPS) plus any Medical Action Plans we may need if you child has any allergies, asthma or specific medical needs.

3. You can either drop all documents into the service during operating hours OR you can scan all documents and email back to us.

You will then receive a confirmation email from us stating if your requested care has been approved and when this position will commence. Please don’t panic if you haven’t heard from us for a couple of weeks as it will take some time to complete all enrolments.

Fee Changes from Sept 1st, 2014

Due to increased operating costs there will be a fee increase as per below.

Effective from Monday 1st September 2014 KT OOSH fees will be:

Morning care (6:45am- 8:45am) will be $19.00 per child.

Afternoon care (3:00pm-6:00pm) will be $22.00 per child.

Casual Care (Morning or Afternoon) will be $25.00 per child.

Emergency Care * Less then 24hrs notice (Morning or Afternoon) will be $28.00 per child.

Vacation care (7:00am-6:00pm) will be $52.00 per child.

Re-Enrolling Current Children for 2015

KT OOSH Services Re-enrolment process will commence as follows:

From Monday 11th August 2014 for KT OOSH @ IRPS Families

From Monday 18th August 2014 for KT OOSH @ OLA Families

This is how the RE-Enrolling process will work;

1. You will be emailed an editable form containing all recorded information for your account with KT OOSH.

2. You need to carefully read over this information. If information is incorrect, you need to type the updated information on the form in the fields provided (on the right hand side of the form)

3. When you have updated and checked all info. You need tick the check boxes for various authorisations and consents and email this form back to us.

That is it. All done. You will be sent an email from us to confirm you care for 2015 in the next couple of weeks.

IMPORTANT; Re-Enrolments will be accepted up until the End of Term 3, 2014 ONLY. If you have not replied to our email to confirm your information then your account will be automatically closed from 31st Dec 2014 and your position will be given to the next family on the waiting list. New family enrolments are accepted from Term 4, 2014.

 

Advising when Absent from KT OOSH

Unfortunately, this year we have had parents forget to notify KT OOSH of their child’s absence. Then to make a stressful situation worse, not being contactable when we are trying to locate your child. Please be reminded of the following procedures below relating to arrival at ASC.

1. The children line up on the basketball court and are signed in.

2 If any children haven’t arrived at ASC as expected, we send parents a text message. This message is to notify you that your child hasn’t arrived at ASC and to ask you to please advise us of if they are safe and where they are suppose to be. * NOTE we send a text message at first as this is a quicker option to be able to contact more parents in a very short space of time as opposed to calling and taking several minutes per call.

3. While we are waiting for a reply we ask the other children if they have seen the missing child and possibly check with the office / teachers. If we have not heard back from the parent at this point. We call all available contact numbers to locate the whereabouts of your child.

Please answer your phone if we call you around 3-3:30pm. Generally, it will mean your child hasn’t arrived at ASC and we are beginning to panic. It is so stressful when we are unable to located a child who we expect to arrive at ASC. Please save the KT OOSH @ OLA number in your phone and if we call, please answer – especially around 3pm.

To avoid all of the above occurring just remember to send a short text to the KT OOSH @ OLA phone to notify us your child will be absent. I understand we all have a lot to remember but this really helps avoid a potential stressful situation.
