* Please note – Vacation Care bookings need to be sent to the email address specific to the vacation care service you wish your child to attend.

NEW – EziDebit @ KT OOSH OLA from Jan 2014

KT OOSH Services are aiming to become a cash free service as of January 2014. This will streamline our accounting processes and simplify paying accounts for busy families. All accounts will be payable by Direct Debit from a Credit Card or a nominated Bank Account effective from 1st January 2014. Payments will be debited on a fortnightly cycle instead of monthly cycle for easier budgeting purposes.

The EziDebit NSW Business Development Manager will be on site and available to provide additional information about how EziDebit works and to give you an opportunity to ask her any questions you may have. You will also be able to return your completed EziDebit form. The EziDebit NSW Business Development Manager will be on site from 5pm on:
Thursday 21st November 2013 in the OOSH Room @ Our Lady of the Angels
In order to pay fees via direct debit you are required to complete a Direct Debit Request – New Customer Form and return it to the service PRIOR to the end of the schooling year.
* Please note – On the form, ignore the Customer Reference field. You do not need to fill this in.
An Information Letter, Frequently Asked Questions page and Direct Debit Request Form can be found on our website www.ktoosh.com.au under the KT OOSH FORMS tab.  We must receive a signature on the forms therefore they can be returned in person at the service or scanned and emailed to ola@ktoosh.com.au

KT OOSH @ IRPS – World Vision Sponsor a Child

KT OOSH IRPS have joined with World Vision and are part of the Child Sponsorship Program! We have sponsored a little girl and her name is Addise Fekede. She is 7years old, lives with her family and one sister in Ethiopia and loves to play handball.

A photo of Addise is on display at the service along with our KT OOSH Tally Chart. Everyday KT OOSH Children have the opportunity to earn a sticker for our tally chart. Each sticker is worth 50cents and this money goes towards purchasing additional gifts for Addise and her Community.  Examples of these could be A Fish Farm $27, Fruit Trees $35, Tools for Farmers $72, Immunisation $25 and many more items.

The Children choose together what gifts they would like to work towards to give to Addise and her community. They earn a sticker for our tally chart by striving to be the best KT OOSH member they can be. They may help a friend, be kind to one another, share with someone, play with someone who may be feeling a little sad and many more ways!

Please feel free to view our tally chart and how we are tracking to reach our gift targets. We have been talking to the children about helping our wider community and if you can, take some time out to speak to your child about Addise and the way we will be helping her and her community.

If you would like to make a monetary donation towards purchasing gifts for our Sponsor Child and her Community please see staff at the service for assistance.

Re-Enrolments for 2014 Last Chance – RHAC

RHAC PARENTS:

A reminder that Re-Enrolments for 2014 have now been completed and positions have been open up to external families.  If you have overlooked re-enrolling your child for 2014 then you have until Friday 22nd November 2013 to get your paperwork in.  Positions are filling quickly so get your forms in to avoid disappointment.

Your child’s position with KT OOSH @ RHAC in 2014 is not secured until the process listed below is fully completed.  If we do not receive a re-enrolment form by close of business Friday 22nd November then we will assume you will not be requiring care in 2014 and your account will be closed effective 31st December 2013.  If your account needs to be re-opened after Friday 22nd November then there will be an additional $25.00 administration charged applied to your account.

All re-enrolments received so far have been sent a confirmation email advising that there positions are secure.  If you have not received one but have submitted your paperwork  then please email us urgently to confirm rhac@ktoosh.com.au

If you DO require care for your child in 2014 you MUST –

1. Print and complete a 2014 Re-Enrolment form. We require one form per child.  These are available on our website or click here 2014 Re Enrolment Form V1.2

2. Photocopy your child’s immunisation history record OR complete an exemption form. Exemption forms can be downloaded from our website AND must be signed by a Doctor.  Click below if you require an exemption form, either Conscientious or Medical.  Children with am exemption form will be excluded from the centre if there are any medical outbreaks:

3. If your child has asthma or allergies (including anaphylaxis) we require an updated management plan with an updated photo AND must be signed by a Doctor. To access this form click below for the form that applies:

4. You may drop your forms into the centre or scan and email to rhac@ktoosh.com.au

World Vision Sponsor Child – RHAC

KT OOSH RHAC have joined with World Vision this term and are part of the Child Sponsorship Program.  The little girl we are sponsoring and her community is 5 years old Dorcas Wanza Lumbu from Kenya.  Take time out to speak to your child about Dorcas and the way we will be helping her and her community.

A photo of Dorcas is in the sign in area and the main room in A Block plus we have a money chart that the children have the opportunity to win KT OOSH money which goes towards additional gifts for Dorcas community.  Examples of these are A Fish Farm $27, Fruit Trees $35, Tools for Farmers $72, Immunisation $25 and many more items.  Please feel free to view our money chart and how we are going to reach our gift targets.

EziDebit Commencing 2014 – RHAC

KT OOSH Services will become a cash free service as of January 2014.  This will not only simplify our Account Payment Process but will take the time consuming process away for families in regards to paying accounts each month.  All accounts will be payable by Direct Debit from Credit Card or Banks Accounts effective from 1st January 2014 and will now be on a fortnightly cycle instead of monthly for easier budgeting purposes.

An information night will be held by the Ezidebit NSW Business Development Manager and will provide additional information about how Ezidebit works, as well as allow you to ask any questions and return your completed form. Information nights are being held as follows commencing from 5:00pm:
– Tuesday 19th November 2013 at Ironbark Ridge Public School (Hall)
– Wednesday 20th November 2013 at Rouse Hill Anglican College (A Block)
– Thursday 21st November 2013 at Our Lady of Angels (OOSH Room)
If you are unable to make the information session held at your regular service please feel free to attend any other session.
In order for this to happen you will be required to complete a Direct Debit Request – New Customer Form and return it to the service by no later than Monday 1st December 2013.  An Information Letter, Frequently Asked Questions page and Direct Debit Request Form can be found at www.ktoosh.com.au under the forms tab.  We must receive a signature on the forms therefore they can be returned in person to your centre supervisor or scanned and emailed to rhac@ktoosh.com.au

**OLA PARENTS: If your child attends a different KT OOSH Service for Vacation Care then you will be required to complete two Ezidebit Forms (For example, one for OLA (regular care) and one for IRPS or RHAC (vacation care).  They can both be handed in at OLA however.
